API Keys

What You Need to Connect​

For each exchange you need:

  • Wallet address — public address (starts with 0x...)
  • Private key — for signing transactions
Important

The private key gives full access to your funds. CexDex stores it encrypted and only uses it to sign orders.

Where to Find Your Keys​

Paradex​

  1. Go to paradex.trade
  2. Connect your wallet (MetaMask, Argent, etc.)
  3. In your account settings, copy the StarkNet Private Key

Hyperliquid​

  1. Go to app.hyperliquid.xyz
  2. Connect your EVM wallet
  3. Use the private key of your EVM wallet

Lighter / Omni​

Use the private key of your EVM wallet.

Security​

  • Keys are encrypted before being saved to the database
  • Adding/changing keys requires your account password
  • All key operations are recorded in the audit log
