Opening a Position
How to Open a Position
Method 1: Via Opportunities
- Find the desired pair in the Opportunities table
- Click Open Position
- Exchange and instrument parameters will be filled automatically
Method 2: Manually
- Go to Positions
- Click + Open Position
- Select instrument, exchanges, and size
Position Parameters
| Parameter | Description |
|---|---|
| Instrument | Trading pair (BTC, ETH, etc.) |
| Long exchange | Exchange for the long |
| Short exchange | Exchange for the short |
| Size | Amount in USD per side |
What Happens When Opening
- The system simultaneously sends orders to both exchanges
- Long opens on the exchange with the low rate
- Short opens on the exchange with the high rate
- Position appears in the table with current PnL
Closing a Position
Click Close in the positions table — both orders will close simultaneously.

Make sure both exchanges have sufficient funds to open the position.
