General​

Is it safe?​

CexDex does not hold your funds — you trade directly from your own wallets on DEX exchanges. We only store encrypted private keys for signing transactions.

What is the minimum deposit?​

The minimum position size depends on the exchange. Usually from $10–50 per side.

How much can I earn?​

Returns depend on current spreads. Historically, the average APR for arbitrage positions is 20–60% per year.

Trading​

Why didn't my position open?​

Possible reasons:

  • Insufficient funds on one of the exchanges
  • The instrument is unavailable for trading
  • Problem with the API key

What is Paper mode?​

Virtual trading — positions are tracked with real data, but without real money. Ideal for testing your strategy.

What if one position closed but the other didn't?​

Use the Panic Sell button for emergency closing of all positions. Then manually close the remaining position on the exchange.

Technical​

How are funding rates updated?​

Data is updated in real time via WebSocket connections to the exchanges.

Why isn't the tour starting?​

Check settings: Profile → Onboarding. Make sure the toggle is enabled. You can also restart the tour with the ? button in the top right corner.
